Returns & Exchange

Need to return or exchange your Trinkets order? We offer our gals returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date, with the exception of our custom jewelry. All custom trinkets pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged!

If you return your order within 7 days of the delivery date, you still have options!

• Store credit AND you can exchange it right away.

• Store credit you can save for later that’s not equal to what you originally paid ₹250 will be deducted as we are not liable for return/exchange if products are not damaged.

There are only a couple of exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Sale items are final, but don’t worry—they can be exchanged for store credit.

• Custom items and fine jewelry are made just for you, so we can’t return or exchange them. We hope you understand!
