FAQs

  • Who do I contact if I haven't received my order even though my tracking information says it was delivered?
    We ship our items to you via Delhivery. If there seems to be a problem with your order being delivered to you or you think it’s lost, Delhivery are your first line of contact. Due to COVID 19 carriers are having tracking and shipping delays. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions about your order at greentrinketshelp@gmail.com
  • The shipping carrier lost my package. Can I get my item replaced?
    In the event that Delhivery misplaces or loses your order, we are happy to send a replacement—unless your order contained customized jewelry. For all missing customized jewelry orders, we will conduct an investigation with the shipping service to determine if the product can be replaced.
  • Delayed Shipping
    Green Trinkets has recently experienced a temporary delay in its shipping times due to COVID 19. This issue has been largely resolved, however, customers may still experience delays of up to 14 days beyond the normal times. If you experience a delay please reach out to greentrinketshelp@gmail.com with your order number and we will be happy to provide a ₹200 gift card for the inconvenience.
  • How many days does it take to get my order?
    Please allow 48 hours for us to prepare your order and 5-7 business days for shipping. Please note that if you place a custom jewelry order it can take 3-4 weeks to prepare your order as each piece is handmade just for you!
  • What materials are your jewels made with?
    Every GT product page lists out the materials used! We suggest checking the product's description first, but if you still have questions feel free to email our customer service team at greentrinketshelp@gmail.com
  • Can my necklace get wet?
    All of our jewels are made using 18k or 22k gold plated stainless steel or sterling silver you can wear it in anything wet such as water, perfume or lotion. Contact with anything wet may not cause discoloration or tarnishing.
  • If my jewels become damaged, can I get them replaced?
    Yes, we will happily send you a new item! Please email greentrinketshelp@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged jewels. This does not apply for our fine jewelry as these items are made to last and should not become damaged.
  • What is your replacement policy on jewelry?
    We have a 30 day replacement policy starting from the day the jewels were delivered. We will replace broken or tarnished pieces. Please email greentrinketshelp@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the jewelry item that is broken or tarnished. This does not apply to our fine jewelry as these items are made to last and should not need to be replaced.
  • Is your product nickel free?
    ​Most jewelry allergies are caused by cheap and impure metals. But don't worry - many people are allergic to cheap metals. The most common jewelry allergy is to Nickel. Almost 15% of the population is allergic to it. Thankfully all of our pieces are Nickel-free, so go ahead girls, feel appealing without worrying. Our products are 18k gold plated and free of lead, cadmium, and phthalates, complying with California's Proposition 65 standards.​
  • What is your return and exchange policy?
    Need to return or exchange your GT order? We offer our green returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date, with the exception of our fine jewelry. All GT Fine pieces are final sale! Want more deets? Check out our full policy here.
